Every conversation with your consultant will assist your consultant in getting to know you better and learning your communication style. Your consultation sessions will give you opportunities to discuss topics that are on your mind or of concern and to get feedback or advice along the way. You will receive feedback throughout your program on our proven assessment tools that will reinforce your professional growth commitment.

We have a talented and experienced team of consultants to choose from.

Our program is based on our own decades of best practices gleaned from our own training and direct experience working with candidates and clients. Change does not happen overnight. Our program has important elements of discovery/assessment, feedback/counseling/advice, practice/training, and accountability. The consultation fees for this program are discounted as a package. The program may be terminated by either party with a 2 week written notice. ADK will refund remaining unused portions of consulting fees and any fees for unused assessment tools.

ADK does not guarantee placement of any person who uses our programs. Our mission is to elevate professional growth, team building, leadership and organizational efficiencies. Going through our consulting programs does not guarantee success or placements for opportunities sought by individuals.

We understand busy schedules and respect much needed vacation time. We also know that the unexpected happens that no one can foresee. We will work with you to coordinate calendars and accommodate your schedule.

We will send you reminders before our meetings. However, we know that last minute urgencies happen. We will work with you to schedule another appointment.

Let your consultant know if you have an urgency to talk to someone as soon as possible. Your consultant will try to accommodate you, and depending on the situation, will call on one of our other consultants to assist your urgent need.

We will discuss where you are at the end of your Jump Start Professional Growth Program with a recap, by looking in the rear view mirror of where we started your journey and the milestones along the way. Our goal for you is that you look back and see personal and professional growth that makes a positive difference in your work and life in general and are energized and excited about tomorrow.
